Actor is a smart rostering system, helping organisations to optimise the use of their workforce and giving managers more control over their rostering processes.
It integrates with AMS' Leader payroll and HR product to improve efficiency and accuracy of roster planning and give managers a detailed ongoing analysis of all rosters by real-time comparators such as FTE, financial budgets and staffing levels.
Actor allows managers to complete staff rosters with confidence by making all relevant roster information available, constantly verifying new entries and updating them against the roster rules engine.
Actor's Contract and Award Interpretation engine eliminates the need for Payroll or line staff to interpret timesheets when assessing employee entitlements. It applies all required award conditions to employees based on their 'in' and 'out' times, eliminating the time consuming component of payroll processing and delivering a consistent, accurate interpretation to all employees.
