How does it work?
AMS PayShop is an online payroll service. AMS collects and processes your payroll, and provides access to an online system where you can monitor progress and access key reports. The basic AMS PayShop offering is broken into four stages.

Workforce planning and rostering
This phase covers the process of planning your staff resource and includes roster-quality measures that are relevant to your organisation’s situation, as well as staffing and cost levels. Any number of scenarios can be run to ensure the staffing solution is the best available.

‘On-the-day–management’
‘On-the-day’ management is then covered, with attendance data collected at source from electronic methods such as time capture units, network and security IDs or timesheets. Adjustments to the ‘on-the-day’ data by staff and management can be done online and in real-time so that the data passed to payroll is accurate and complete.
Payroll processing and fulfilment
AMS PayShop takes all employee data collected and processes it through to payroll trial stage. You can then use reports and online views and queries to validate and give final authority to complete the final calculation. We then complete all parts of finalising the payroll and all aspects of disbursement.

Reporting
Finally, all of your employee management data is available to you online, in both report and query form. In addition, our consultants can help with specific querying of data or assistance with combining AMS PayShop data with another business system if required.
